The purpose of this role is to lead engineering excellence in delivery for Digital Commercial squads. As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for leading delivery for two squads of developers and testers, setting a high bar for engineering excellence and delivery.

This role will involve solution design for new features, hands‑on coding for proofs of concept or reference implementations, and assisting teams with engineering challenges when required. You will work closely with business stakeholders and global and regional technology teams to understand business priorities, architecture standards, and security policies.
