Engineering Lead

This is a role for a Senior Technical Architect.

This is a 12 – month contract with our client in the banking sector.

We are looking for a lead architect to develop fit for purpose, integrated end- to end technical solutions across multiple technologies for our clients organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy: Design and oversee integrated end-to-end technical solutions across multiple technologies, ensuring every piece of the puzzle fits the broader organizational goal.
• Leadership of Leads: Act as the Lead of Leads, guiding engineering practitioners and product leads to achieve seamless programme alignment.
• Innovation & Governance: Evaluate emerging technologies to determine what is truly fit for purpose.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Bridge the gap between business ambition and technical execution, communicating complex architectural visions to stakeholders at all levels.
