Stampede Engineering Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from conception to finished product and ensure that teams are meeting those deadlines
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
  • Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
  • Ensure responsiveness of applications.
  • Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
  • Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, management, and external parties
  • Develop applications based on technical/functional design documents and maintain applications.
  • Manage productivity of the technical team and implement improvements
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
