· Purpose of the Team: This team focuses on the migration of the existing NestJS services to a Java-based microservices architecture


Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:

1. Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Lead Developer, with extensive expertise in the MERN

stack

2. Minimum 10+ years’ Experience in React + Nest +Mongo stack

3. Minimum 10 years’ Experience Proven track record of leading development teams and managing large-scale projects
