职位亮点：
1. DCR&D 部门是一个以提供机械设计服务为主营业务的部门，其业务遍及众多卡特彼勒的产品线，包含挖掘机，平地机，装载机，推土机，发动机以及后处理单元等等，在产品设计，应用和安装，开发，研究，售后市场等方面积极提供价值。
部门致力于提供高效高质量的机械设计解决方案，从方案设计，建模到最终的图纸发布。
DCR&D是无锡卡特彼勒技术研发中心在产品研发业务中的重要组成部分。
2. 在该职位上，员工可以参与卡特彼勒新机型的设计研发工作，掌握三维建模 ，二维出图，部件级的有限元分析，学习公司各项工程标准。通过参与项目实战了解完整的产品开发流程。
3. 部门会为员工提供多种与岗位职能相关的培训，包括公司工程标准，CREO软件操作，PLM系统，形位公差。也会定期组织机械设计以及产品开发方面的知识经验的分享。
