Job Description
- Conduct technical training sessions and assessments according to the approved curriculum and weekly schedule.
- Ensure all trainee documentation and records are completed and submitted on time.
- Maintain a safe training environment by supervising trainee safety and ensuring all training equipment functions properly.
- Promptly report any incidents or issues during training to the Training Manager for resolution.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental or organizational goals.
- Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to the role.
- Support training operations by ensuring compliance with company policies and approved training procedures.
- Deliver training programs and assessments efficiently, optimizing the use of resources.
- Notify appropriate personnel of any unusual trainee behavior requiring potential disciplinary action.
