Job Title: Senior Executive Governance


Experience

  • Experience in engineering, Capex, packaging, utilities, or project excellence roles in FMCG, beverages, food, or manufacturing.


Qualifications

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • Certifications in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or Engineering Standards Development preferred.


Demonstrated experience in:

  • Engineering standardization or design governance.
  • Capex excellence or PMO for multi-site engineering projects.
  • Creating technical specifications, layouts, templates, and engineering tools.
  • Supporting large-scale Capex programs across locations (preferred).
