About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and Supply Chain team while leading and developing a high-performing team of nine colleagues, making a direct impact on operational excellence and long-term site performance.

What will You Do?
Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site Manage and develop a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians) Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and Facilities Manage external vendors, including site security and service providers Participate in investment planning and CapEx strategy Lead capital projects end-to-end (budget, timeline, execution) Monitor and optimize departmental costs and KPI’s <...
