A growing food manufacturing site in Milton Keynes is looking to appoint an Engineering and Facilities Manager to take ownership of site reliability, asset care and facilities performance. This is a senior role with accountability for engineering delivery, compliance and continuous improvement across the operation.

The role

• Take full responsibility for the performance and reliability of all production equipment and site infrastructure.
• Plan and drive maintenance activity to improve uptime, reduce breakdowns and extend asset life.
• Deliver capital projects and equipment upgrades from concept through to commissioning.
• Lead contractor activity on site and ensure all external works are completed safely and to standard.
