Job Description
**Role Overview:**
The E&A Engineer role focuses on instrumentation, electrical, and automation execution within the factory. Key responsibilities include:
+ Preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
+ PLC troubleshooting and basic writing (reading required; writing is an advantage)
+ Instrument calibration execution based on preventive maintenance plans
+ Custodian of electrical and engineering compliance in line with Nestlé standards and Malaysian regulations
+ Monitoring and coordinating work assigned to third-party vendors and contractors
The role is fully on-site and supports factory operations.
**Candidate Profile:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
+ 2–3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
