Engineering Executive

Ringkasan Jawatan:

This role is centered on managing engineering tasks within the food manufacturing industry, specifically in the production of soy sauce.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Organize and supervise documentation pertinent to production activities such as brewing and packaging.

• Assist in creating daily and weekly production timelines along with essential reporting.

• Perform data entry and compile basic reports on production statistics and effectiveness.

• Aid in tracking inventory amounts for both raw components and packaging materials.

• Coordinate and supervise scheduled maintenance while keeping records of machinery.

• Support the Production, Engineering, and Quality Control departments with documentation and compliance with regulations.

• Participate in 5S practices, safety measures, and Good Manufacturing Procedures at the production facility.
