Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Oracle System Data & BOM Management: Create, maintain, and release Bill of Materials (BOM) for new and changed products within the Oracle system, ensuring accuracy in structure, quantities, and parent-child relationships.
  • Engineering Change Management: Receive, enter Engineering Change Requests (ECR) within the Oracle system, ensuring accuracy in structure, quantities, and parent-child relationships.
  • Documentation Management: Manage the storage, access, and distribution of all controlled documents within the Product Lifecycle
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Act as the primary point of contact for all BOM and documentation-related queries from R&D, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams. Continuously identify and implement improvements to data management and document control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
