We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Director to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple software development projects and engineering teams. This role is ideal for a technically adept leader with a strong background in system design, hands‑on software development, and coaching engineers toward excellence in a fast‑paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Own the success of 5–10 client projects , ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
