We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Engineering Director to lead our East Midlands region, covering 8 maintenance depots and a fleet of over 530 vehicles. In this key senior leadership role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all engineering activity, ensuring our fleet is reliable, our depots are compliant and well-managed, and our people are supported to do their best work every day. Additionally, you will lead several key programmes across the region such as EV transitions and new depot builds.
