Engineering Delivery Manager

Position Summary

The EDM - Engineering Delivery Manager will be responsible for the engineering activities of a program to deliver a flight control system to one of our clients. These activities include design, integration, verification, validation, and certification of equipment and systems. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the design and evolution of electronic hardware by both internal and external suppliers to Thales.

• Ensure the engineering team's commitments to the project are met.
• Define the development cycle for the project's engineering activities.
• Optimize technical work by consolidating the planning, risks, and opportunities for all engineering teams.
