Job Description

OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE

Engineering coordinator is responsible for:

  • Work with design team to manage BOM, MSB BOM, ECO needed for programs and meet program schedule

  • Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, parts, assemblies, and information between sections or departments from pro-active build through Mass Production. Resolve material shortage with appropriate groups

  • As focal point for material and material issues for programs. Manage disposition of materials affected by change orders

  • Assumes total material ownership during the New Product Design Phases and into Mass Production

  • Run BOM costing and coordinating with team to complete flow

    • KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY
