The Role

As Engineering Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of Faena Wadi Safar’s technical operations—ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and spaces function seamlessly while supporting the property’s aesthetic, safety, and operational ambitions.

You will work closely with the Director and Manager of Engineering to coordinate projects, track progress, and maintain operational rhythm—transforming technical complexity into clarity and efficiency.
