Engineering - Assistant or Associate Professor (Aerospace Engineering)

The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Applicants must have expertise in Aerospace, but the position is open to a wide range of knowledge. Experiences related to aeronautical/space industries, government agencies, or research institutes/centres would be an asset. Candidates with expertise in airframe multidisciplinary design and optimization, aerospace vehicle performance, or avionics are encouraged to apply. The target start date is July 1, 2026, although this is flexible.

The candidate should have the vision and capabilities to lead interdisciplinary, multi-institution, and industrially supported research projects in their area of expertise.
