Engineering Assistant Manager

We are hiring for ENGINEERING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field., MA or MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Production Control, Planning, or Procurement within a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong understanding of Production Processes, Quality Management Systems, and best practices in manufacturing. Experience in a similar industry or manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Production Planning Software, ERP Systems, and Data Analysis Tools/ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and meeting strategic objectives.
