Overview

Engineering and Quality Systems Manager with us means taking on a strategic role at the heart of the organization’s product development and quality operations. You will be responsible for deploying and ensuring the compliance of the quality strategy, systems, and tools, while developing highly competent teams. You will play a key role in balancing prevention, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, rapid interventions, and sustainable solutions. You will also be central to the Product Development Process (PDP).

As the Engineering and Quality Systems Manager , you will act as a true partner to senior leadership, actively participating in strategic planning and overseeing engineering and quality teams.
