Job Description for Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities Manager
Maintain, inspect, and repair factory machinery, utilities, and facilities including production equipment, warehouse equipment, HVAC/ACMV, compressed air systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems, and building infrastructure.
Drive maintenance team to improve performance, quality, cost, cycle time, and manufacturing robustness.
Establish, execute, and continuously improve the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program. Maintain a complete set of records for equipment and parts inventory purchases, equipment conditions, costs of repairs and preventive maintenance for all equipment
Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure that equipment is in good working condition at all times.
Supervise external contractors and service providers. Support machinery installation, modification, and commissioning activities.
