Key Functional Areas of Responsibility 1. Engineering & Process Development Technical Leadership Lead engineering strategy for new product introductions (NPI), new equipment installation (NEI), and process development. Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through layout redesign, capacity analysis, ergonomic enhancements, and workflow optimization. Project Management Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects (CAPEX): justification, design, vendor selection, budgeting, installation, validation, and handover. Develop engineering standards, process documentation, and technical specifications for all equipment and systems. Technological Innovation Introduce automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies to improve safety, productivity, and process capability. Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards, local regulations, and applicable safety codes. 2.
