  • To manage and oversee the engineering and construction department

  • To implement existing and new procedures and process strictly

  • Overall checking, evaluation and approval of project bids before top management presentation.

  • Construction budget checking, evaluation and approval before project start

  • To develop existing potential staff for higher responsibility

  • To communicate well and highly accurate either thru report or direct to the top management and within the area of responsibility is a must.

  • Building an efficient and result oriented team

  • To assist marketing for technical part when presenting to client

  • To handle and face client for critical issues of the project
