The Role

The Project Implementation Specialist implements, coordinates, and delivers assigned engineering projects given by the Project Manager or the Project Engineer. The role partners with project engineers and cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., operations, quality, safety, procurement, and external contractors) to ensure projects are executed on time and in full (OTIF), within approved budget, and in full compliance with engineering standards, SHE requirements, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning & delivery: Implement project plans (scope, milestones, schedule, resources) and supervise execution to deliver OTIF outcomes.
  • Project scope: Projects may include new product launches, capability/capacity programs, new technology deployments, and equipment/facility upgrades for SHE, quality, efficiency, and cost. Routine maintenance activities are out of scope unless part of an approved project.
