**Description:**
You will be the Engineering Aide for the Engineering Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality electronics manufacturing through continuous improvement and cutting‑edge automation.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Engineering Aide you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting our manufacturing workforce.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Train operators on process skills and machine operation for electronics manufacturing.
+ Perform machine program and settings changes, and assist with setup and daily operation.
+ Troubleshoot processes and equipment, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.
+ Evaluate, implement, and integrate new automated manufacturing equipment and technologies.
+ Support new product introductions and technology rollouts while fostering effective team communication.
