Job Description
The Engineering Administrator / Lifecycle Support Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization’s lifecycle support systems, data, and reporting. This role ensures that warranty, repair, spares, and configuration data is accurately captured, maintained, and analyzed to support engineering decisions, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The position serves as the primary system and data subject matter expert for product tracking tools, interfaces with ERP and PLM systems, and acts as a key liaison between Engineering, Warranty, Quality, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
