This role is dedicated to managing engineering operations within the food manufacturing industry, particularly in the production of soy sauce.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Supervise and maintain all records associated with production activities, such as fermentation and packaging.

• Support in creating daily and weekly production timelines alongside required documentation.

• Perform data entry tasks and produce essential reports on output metrics and efficiency.

• Assist in tracking inventory levels for raw ingredients and packaging supplies.

• Coordinate and manage preventive upkeep while keeping logs for machinery.

• Provide assistance to the Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance departments regarding documentation and compliance with regulations.
