• Oversee and manage documentation linked to manufacturing processes such as fermentation and packaging.

• Assist in the creation of daily and weekly production timetables, alongside required reports.

• Perform data entry and produce essential reports concerning production volume and effectiveness.

• Support the monitoring of stock levels for raw ingredients and packaging materials.

• Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance while keeping accurate records for machinery.

• Provide support to the Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance departments concerning documentation and compliance with regulations.
