This position involves supporting production processes in the food sector, specifically in soy sauce manufacturing.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Ensure accurate documentation of production and batch processes for brewing, fermentation, and bottling.

• Aid in the formulation of daily and weekly production plans and generate reports.

• Conduct data entry and compile elementary production and efficiency analytics.

• Assist in monitoring stock levels of raw materials and packaging items.

• Organize preventive maintenance timelines and uphold equipment logs.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and QA teams on records and compliance matters.

• Facilitate 5S, safety, and GMP activities within the production area.
