This position is focused on managing and overseeing aspects of manufacturing operations within the food sector, specifically in soy sauce production.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Ensure accurate documentation of production processes like brewing, fermentation, and packaging.

• Assist in formulating production schedules on a daily and weekly basis and generate corresponding reports.

• Conduct data entry tasks and create fundamental reports on production effectiveness and efficiency.

• Help monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging components.

• Organize schedules for preventive maintenance and keep track of equipment logs.

• Provide assistance to the Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams with regulatory paperwork and compliance.
