Ringkasan Jawatan:
This position focuses on the administration of engineering within the food production sector, specifically in soy sauce manufacturing.
Tanggungjawab Utama:
Manage and oversee documentation related to production processes including brewing and bottling.
Assist in generating daily and weekly production schedules along with necessary reports.
Execute data input and generate fundamental reports on production rates and efficiency.
Help monitor inventory levels for both raw materials and packaging items.
Organize and oversee preventive maintenance as well as maintain records for equipment.
Aid Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams in terms of documentation and adherence to standards.
Contribute to 5S initiatives, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices on the production site.
