Job Description:
The Admin under engineering department is responsible for providing administrative support to engineering and project teams, ensuring accurate documentation, proper filing, and efficient handling of office-related clerical tasks. This role also involves managing and reporting petty cash expenditures and supporting the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including encoding, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Handle and organize engineering-related documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Maintain an orderly and up-to-date filing system (physical and digital).
  • Act as Petty Cash Custodian, ensuring accurate disbursement, recording, and liquidation of petty expenses.
