Ringkasan Jawatan:

This role is centered around the management of engineering functions in the food manufacturing industry, particularly in the production of soy sauce.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Oversee and manage the documentation pertaining to production activities, including brewing and bottling phases.

• Support the creation of daily and weekly production timelines alongside essential reporting.

• Conduct data entry and produce critical reports concerning production output and efficiency.

• Assist in monitoring stock levels for both raw materials and packaging supplies.

• Arrange and supervise preventive maintenance while keeping records of the equipment.

• Provide support to the Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams in relation to documentation and compliance with regulations.
