Engineer Yield

You love technology and find joy in pulling on one string with like-minded people? You work well in cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment? Then this is exactly the right job for you: as an IC Yield & Product Engineer you will perform analysis of new product performance prior to production release and provide detailed status reports at each phase (test limit - guard band, correlation and yield summary reports). You will analyze and optimize IC products in terms of yield, stability and quality. This includes engineering data analysis, technology/product/test interaction, yield and defectivity learning, as well as verification & validation of products.
