Join Kleinschmidt as a Structural Engineer, working on significant infrastructure projects in Peterborough, Ontario. This full-time role features a hybrid work arrangement, combining office and remote work.
In this position, you’ll engage in structural analysis and design for hydroelectric, fisheries, and water resources initiatives. A blend of fieldwork and design responsibilities will require collaboration with a dynamic team. Candidates with a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience will excel in this role while obtaining their P.Eng license.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute design and evaluation for hydroelectric structures • Conduct inspections on penstocks and dam infrastructure • Collaborate on multidisciplinary engineering projects • Apply structural design standards and codes • Provide construction support throughout project lifecycle
