The practices are to repair and inspect Masimo productsReceive calls from dealer/distributor relative to the complaint their customers are facing Take actions to solve for unresolved problems, common problems and product problem such like test, approach headquarter escalation co-working with QA/QC and product marketing teamResponsible of the calibration and maintenance activities of local testing equipment & toolsCommunicate with our global counterparts maily via emails Support manager whenever neededQualifications:
Fluent in local languageMust be conversant in basic English (read, write, speak)Must have a minimum of 3 years of Devices’ Technical support or Field Service experiencePreferred
