Systems Engineer
A leading European defence organisation, recognised with multiple recent industry and employer awards, is expanding its systems engineering capability to support the British Army, the Polish Armed Forces, and a growing international customer base. With recent multi-million-pound investment into UK sites and a strong record of delivering complex air defence systems, this organisation offers both career growth and the chance to work on projects of national and international significance.
You will join a team supporting the delivery and evolution of a proven land-based air defence system, with responsibility for ensuring requirements are captured, defined, and delivered across a diverse portfolio. Derive system, subsystem, and software requirements to meet operational objectives
• Manage engineering change in a controlled and transparent way
• Act as the customer voice for specific software items, ensuring alignment throughout the lifecycle
