• Collect and analyze hourly and daily service measurement data to ensure the project returns to established baseline KPIs.


• Represent the team in related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks, ensuring deliverables are met and holding other parties accountable for performance post-integration.


• Troubleshoot hardware and performance issues independently or by coordinating with the team and integrator after the project.


• Support Network Performance by evaluating and improving areas with poor coverage, optimizing the coverage footprint of the new carrier following the project.


• Collaborate with RF and Engineering to ensure the transition from one market to another is ahead of schedule, thereby avoiding impacts on POR (Plan of Record) and activations for 2026.
