Job Description
On Time Delivery (100% with respect to COTD)
2) Daily interaction & updates to customer on productivity & shipment status
3) Take part in customer calls to understand updated requirements & challenges
4) Analyze demand fluctuations & alert CFT team for inventory control
5) Provide forecast / demand input to planning team for weekly MRP updating
6) Conduct periodic customer satisfaction survey & work for improvement
7) Ensure Plan VS Actual is met for Account Receivables – Target 100 %
8) Ensure to meet budgeted revenue projection for financial year
