Job Description

L1 Microsoft 365 & Azure Entra ID Support Summary

  • Perform basic administration: user/group management, password & MFA resets, license assignment.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, and sign-in issues.
  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access management, and routine service health monitoring.
  • Support basic security tasks: MFA enrollment, Conditional Access checks, and DLP triage.
  • Maintain documentation, operational logs, reports, and follow runbooks.
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 teams, ensure proper escalation, and communicate effectively with users.

    Core Skills:
    Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure Entra ID basics, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, identity troubleshooting, basic DNS & AD Connect checks.
