L1 Microsoft 365 & Azure Entra ID Support – Summary
- Perform basic administration: user/group management, password & MFA resets, license assignment.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, and sign-in issues.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access management, and routine service health monitoring.
- Support basic security tasks: MFA enrollment, Conditional Access checks, and DLP triage.
