About the Role

This role focuses on designing, architecting, developing, deploying, and operating a modern DevSecOps software factory supporting complex engineering programs. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, modernize end‑of‑life tooling, and migrate teams to updated platforms. The role offers a collaborative environment with diverse projects and cutting‑edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform trade studies and evaluate alternatives for an end‑of‑life peer review tool.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to prototype solutions and secure stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and productionize a replacement tool for peer review workflows.
  • Define migration plans and transition multiple teams to the new tool.
  • Support design and architecture of DevSecOps pipelines and tooling.
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Embedded Software, Test Automation, and DevSecOps teams in an Agile environment.
