Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support for network-related issues, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity.
  • Log, track, and update incidents using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira, ensuring tickets are resolved within agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor network performance using CloudCampus and other monitoring tools to identify and respond to potential issues proactively.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support teams with clear documentation and troubleshooting details.
  • Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure, including firmware updates, configuration backups, and system health checks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
