3.2. Deliverables

  • Daily and weekly system performance reports - NOC Tool
  • Change Management - IT Service Desk
  • Monthly performance and availability reports - Service Desk
  • Quarterly Infrastructure assessment reports - Excel, PowerPoint
  • Incident and resolution logs - Service Desk

3.3. Assumptions

  • The resource will work from the Acsia's Global Headquarters (GHQ) at Trivandrum, Kerala.
  • Assigned resources are expected to adhere to the organization's compliance requirements, including ISO 27001:2022 and TISAX standards.
