Engineer Senior, IT Endpoint

Overview

Pioneers and drives change and efficiency across the entire spectrum of our endpoint environment. Expert in Intune and Jamf systems, with hands-on experience in scripting (PowerShell, Bash), integrating Microsoft Graph API, and building reports and dashboards using Azure Workbooks and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the endpoint environment, including planning, designing, implementing, and managing the technology and processes.
• Serve as a thought leader, offering expertise and insights in endpoint management, shaping strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive change and efficiency, identifying potential improvements, recommending innovative solutions, and implementing new processes.
• Collaborate closely with Network, System Administration, and Global Desktop teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
