Key Responsibilities:
Conduct infrastructure assessments (MEP, structural, civil)- Develop engineering designs & specifications
- Provide improvement and compliance recommendations
- Integrate building automation & energy systems
- Support facility condition assessments and testing
- Ensure compliance with ADA, fire/life safety, environmental
