Job Summary:
 

. Serve as a Field Service Engineer.
. Implement PSS - DeltaV DCS services, including AMC, PWAMC, CAMC, ST, ST, chargeable services, and ad hoc services under KOB.
. Provide system support for Guardian, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, Charms SIS, DeltaV Charms, VIM, third-party communication, system maintenance, and in-house service support.
. Generate leads for KOB business opportunities.
. Delivery services in alignment with SMO standards.
 


In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Will be responsible for managing DeltaV installed base of - systems across the East region. 
  • Will be allocated - Active AMC / Service Contracts for Maintenance Contract Execution which will consume – site visit days annually including travel. 
  • Billing value from allocated sites will be - KUSD.
  • Expected to generate additional revenue of - KUSD by adding new service contracts in the region.
