What you will do
As Engineer, Regional Technical Support, you play a crucial role in providing end to end sales support to Senior Leaders (regional). You are responsible for (technical support, quotation preparation, order processing, & daily communication with customer)
How you will do it
Prepare technical quotations, facilitate product selection
Respond to technical queries, and provide product support and guidance to customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
What we look for
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, with 2-3 years' experience.
Fresh graduate with engineering background is welcome to apply.
Experience in managing confidential and time-sensitive information
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
