Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Engage in development of FMEA and Reliability Assessment Plan (RAP), identification/assessment of all risks related to package reliability with respect to stress test requirements to achieve 1st Pass Qualification. Separate Q006 qualification shall be applied for Cu wires.
• Deliver package platform specific reliability knowledge on relevant failure modes, dependencies from material, design and process to provide comprehensive result assessment supported by analytic results in RAR.
• Consultation on stress/IPI results of qualification, CARs and BE segments on all reliability issues. Independently consult additional reliability experts on failure mode, e.g. FE/BE interaction, 2nd level.
