Job Description
Responsibility
- Perform project administrative tasks.
- Compute and handling of tender, cost estimation & quantity take-off.
- Handling of project inquiries, submission, interview and meeting.
- Prepare budgets, cost control, handling claims, VO and payment.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers orders, progress and claims.
- Implementation of contractual knowledge and drafting project correspondence.
- Liaise and work closely with suppliers & contractors.
- Coordinate with site team on job task & logistic arrangement.
- Keep track and update of project performance and deliveries.
- Any other reasonable duties as necessary for meeting the business requirement.
Requirements
- Posses certificate/diploma/degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Construction) or relevant field/ experience.
